Theme Park Self-Service Kiosks

FuelRod Partners with Knott's Berry Farm

FuelRod, a company that operates a Nationwide Swappable Power Network through self-service kiosks, has announced a new partnership with Knott's Berry Farm, one of Southern California's well-known theme park destinations. This venture brings the company's Generation 2 kiosks to the park.

The Generation 2 kiosks feature the new USB-C FuelRod with 20% more capacity than the original model, alongside the Wireless MAX10 that offers 10,000mAh power, wireless charging capabilities, and dual USB-C ports, with support for contactless payment methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. The kiosks enable the company's patented Swap & Go program, where users can exchange depleted portable chargers for fully charged ones at participating locations across the country. This eliminates the need to wait for a single unit to recharge.

The integration at Knott's Berry Farm adds another node to FuelRod's growing network that already spans airports, hotels, healthcare facilities, convention centers, and entertainment venues across North America.
