Boxes are often designed with shelf appeal in mind, and occasionally fail to serve the items within, but Kiwi talisman packaging is an example of how branding can complement its contents.
The Inch advertising agency of Ukraine came up with these abstract geometric cartons to house an eclectic collection of papier mâché animals. The cardboard crates are multifaceted forms made up by the interplay of folded triangular surfaces. A clean flat handle brings the wrappings together and produces a protruding void within to create a spacious yet sturdy envelope for the paper mache statuettes. Bold colors and motifs in green, black and matte white give the Kiwi talisman packaging an exotic eye-catching appearance, infused with added animated charm with the inclusion of tiny air holes for the cute critters within.
