The Kiko Kostadinov Fall/Winter 2021 collection is full of eclectic looks as the fashion label turns its attention to multiple inspirations for the season. The inspiration ranges from virtual reality themes, floral arrangements, to food. The new capsule takes menswear to new heights as it explores shaping the human form through hugged knitwear silhouettes, stacked knitwear, and pooling trousers.
There is also a sporty touch with the cycling shirts, track jackets, and the technical textiles. Bold patterns detail some of the pieces in the form of bright florals and contrasting stripes. The florals nod to Grey's culinary work and the art of Japanese ikebana. Kostadinov talks about the collection, “It was much the same as with past seasons; questioning what I want to say as a designer, not just as a concept or meaning but also how this translates into an object.”
