It's an organization that is registered as a nonprofit in the United States, the United Kingdom and South Africa. According to its website, it works specifically on "ways of planning, measuring and reporting social change," which are all, especially the last two, extremely important when it comes to getting and sustaining funding -- not to mention how your client, consumer and/or service base will consider that data.
