Mars-Inspired Menswear Collections

The Karolina Fromholtz 'DICHOTOMIC' Line Boasts Vanguard Pieces

Titled 'DICHOTOMIC,' the Karolina Fromholtz graduate collection highlights futuristic menswear pieces. A graduate of Barcelona's IED institute, the designer experiments with proportion and creates menswear pieces that are artistic while being wearable.

Showcased in a catalog by photographer Anatol Gottfried, this collection is lensed in a snowy setting that resembles the icy surfaces of Mars. Resembling something out of a sci-fi film, this photoshoot's setting is cinematic and stark.

Styling for this lookbook is courtesy of Karolina Fromholtz and Andres Caicedo who dress a cast of models in cocooned knits and sculptural coats -- accented with sculptural shoulder and neckline accents. Working with a blend of leather, felt and weatherproof fabrics, designer Karolina Fromholtz translates her futuristic vision into clothes that marry function with modernity.
