The new KAPITAL Spring/Summer 2019 collection looks to its heritage once again, as the Japanese label retains some of the most traditional design techniques through modern aesthetics. The range features intricate details incorporated through methods such as sashiko embroideries.

The silhouettes are also reminiscent of traditional Japanese culture, with kimono-inspired shapes and lightweight pieces such as linen tops and denim headwear. All of the pieces are accented with intricate details, some including bamboo buttoning, heavy distressed details, and more. The most utilitarian looks in the seasonal capsule include the kimono jackets adorned in multiple pockets, the shirts, and hoodies. The standout items in the range spotlight the Attis Kakashi kimono jacket which features various sashiko embroidery and the largely fitted linen top with bamboo buttons and a plethora of pockets.
