The Junya Watanabe MAN Fall/Winter 2020 collection is full of silhouettes that challenge the norms and push boundaries. Many of the items are complete in bold patterns and patchwork that features collaborative contributions from brands such as Carhartt, Pirelli, Campagnolo, and Levi's.
The brand continues to work towards progressive design language and capture an adventurous theme for the colder seasons this year. This time around, the spotlight shines on designs such as the hybrid blazers and coats as they are designed to be over exaggerated and feature contrasting textiles informed from materials drawn from down jackets, chore coats, and bomber jackets. This results in bold looks including bright blue quilting that is detailed on top of a salt and pepper tonal herringbone wool jacket.
