Shown at CES 2021, JRNY by Bowflex creates an experience that gives people the ability to customize their workouts. The adaptive experience unfolds with a JRNY Membership and on a smart device or touchscreen for connected pieces of equipment like the brand's treadmill, elliptical or bike.

The system is designed to create tailor-made workouts that keep people on track, progressing and challenged. While people sometimes find themselves bored or reaching a plateau after doing their regular routines for a while, JRNY automatically adapts daily workouts so that they get more difficult as users become more physically fit.

At a time when people are primarily working out from home, the experience also gives people the change to virtually escape by exploring 25 worldwide destinations during their workouts.
