'Joy 101' is Hoda Kotb’s next chapter -- a personalized wellness app born from real-life experience, reflection, and a growing demand for accessible, transformative self-care. The former Today host is officially stepping into the health tech space with Joy 101, a platform designed to offer daily wisdom, expert-led courses, guided meditations, and live-streamed sessions for emotional, mental, and physical well-being.

Kotb drew inspiration from close friends Jenna Bush Hager and Maria Shriver, as well as her own wellness journey that includes breathwork, journaling, and retreats. Users will gain access to a full spectrum of resources, including community discussions and annual in-person gatherings, such as JoyFest. The platform emphasizes small but impactful daily habits -- what Kotb calls a 'mini road map' -- to guide users toward joy, balance, and renewal.
