John Van Hamersvelt and Vault by Vans Drop a Trippy Range of Shoes

Vault by Vans works in partnership with the talented illustrator and graphic designer John Van Hamersveld on a unique range of shoes. Hamersveld is widely recognized for his album artwork done for legends including Jimi Hendrix, Bob Dyland, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, and The Grateful Dead. The capsule takes on Vans' classic silhouettes including the OG Classic Slip-Ons and the OG Sk80Hi LX.

These sneakers take on three of the artists' artworks. The Sk8-His see the options of either a blue or a red colorway with Hamersveld's iconic Wave print design. The Slip-Ons are offered in a blue colorway or a monochromatic option. A t-shirt is also featured in the collaborative range as well, and the overall capsule is finished with branding details and a caricature of the artist's face. The collection will be available beginning June 23 at select Vault retail locations.
