John Elliot's Fall/Winter 2018 Line Debuts Womenswear and Mature Pieces

Los Angeles-based fashion designer John Elliot showcased his latest Fall/Winter 2018 project at New York Fashion Week. He takes a new route as the brand branches off to a more mature approach of menswear and introduces its first womenswear pieces. Elliot aimed to incorporate the blend of both hard and soft ideas when approaching the women's pieces, merging elements together that exist on his menswear, but with a softer approach.

The expansive range of John Elliot's Fall/Winter 2018 collection features essential silhouettes such as puffer jackets, wool cardigans, corduroy jackets, and sporty pullover sweaters. The entire capsule has a color palette that is just as expansive as the selection. The color scheme ranges from monochromatic neutrals of gray, black, and white, to earthy tones such as forest greens and browns.
