This luxury Jean Nouvel New York tower is being constructed steps from the city's famous 5th Avenue.

The Jean Nouvel New York tower is called 53W53 and will measure 1,050 feet tall, comparable to the Chrysler building. It will contain 139 private luxury housing units within its elegant glass walls. The building's angular facade features many prismatic glass surfaces, reflecting the ever-evolving New York City skyline. The transparent walls will expose the diagrid structural system inside the tower, making it a stunning exhibition of the imposing functionality of New York City's infrastructure.

Individual apartments within the Jean Nouvel New York building will sell starting at $3 million, with additional costs for the fully bespoke modeling in the units' kitchens and bathrooms. Photo Credits: designboom, 53w53
