Noble 33 is Opening a Luxe Japanese Restaurant in Beverly Hills

— April 7, 2026 — Business
Noble 33, the hospitality group behind acclaimed restaurants such as Toca Madera and Sparrow Italia, has announced plans to open a Japanese steakhouse paired with a separate izakaya concept under one roof. This dining concept will occupy nearly 12,000 square feet on the ground floor of the Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills, with a projected debut in 2027.

The Japanese steakhouse portion will focus on Japanese steak preparations alongside sushi, while the izakaya component draws inspiration from Tokyo's back-alley drinking establishments by emphasizing small plates and ramen. The high-energy environment will include live music components, elevated design, and fine dining service.

Noble 33's award-winning in-house design team, led by Tosh Berman, will be in charge with developing the interior for this new venture.
