Ramp has made its corporate finance platform available to companies based in the UK, pairing local payments infrastructure with a growing London team. The offering brings payments, card and treasury controls together on one platform, designed to handle corporate cards, expense management, bill pay, procurement and travel workflows.
Ramp entered the market after acquiring Billhop, which provided regulated payments authorisation in the UK and EU, and it is partnering with Visa to power its corporate card rails. The product includes token spend management for AI costs, automation that codes roughly 99% of invoices and 99.8% of card transactions, and complementary tools such as Ramp Stack, Router and stablecoin payments.
For buyers, the platform promises measurable operational impact: the median customer saw about 5% expense savings and 16% revenue growth in year one. Visibility into token spend helps finance teams track model- and team-level AI costs and flag anomalies, while a London presence supports European customers directly.

Why This Trend Is Growing
- AI Spend Governance
- Finance teams gain new visibility into model-level and team-level token usage, creating room for platforms that manage AI costs with the same rigor as traditional corporate expenses.
- Automated Invoice Coding
- Near-touchless coding of invoices and card transactions signals a shift toward finance operations where compliance, categorization and reconciliation are increasingly embedded in intelligent workflows.
- Stablecoin Business Payments
- Corporate payment platforms incorporating stablecoin rails point to emerging treasury models that blend speed, transparency and cross-border efficiency for enterprise finance teams.
Industries Being Reshaped
- Corporate Finance Software
- Unified platforms for cards, expenses, procurement, bill pay and treasury controls are reshaping how businesses consolidate fragmented back-office financial systems.
- Payments Infrastructure
- Local payment authorizations, card network partnerships and regulated rails create competitive space for providers supporting faster regional expansion of financial platforms.
- Enterprise AI Management
- Rising AI usage costs are expanding demand for tools that monitor, allocate and govern enterprise model consumption across departments and workflows.
