Although it may look like a plane, there is nothing flighty about the Futurist’s iPhone speaker that receives its controls without touch. By using hand gestures, the owner can dictate what the stereo system does through a series of movements.
Infrared detectors that are placed on the outside of the body are able to determine volume control. This means that in order to decrease volume, hands move downward, and to increase it, hands move upward. There are also other sensors throughout the body of the system that enable the song tracks to be changed, as well as the player to be turned on and off. This speaker still has an impressive 3 ½ watt system and it is compatible for the iPhone 3S, 4 and 4S as well as the iPod.
