Highway Delite is an innovative new smartphone app, launched by engineer and entrepreneur Rakesh Kumar, that is designed to make it easier than ever for commuters who hit the Indian highways to get more and better information on a wide array of different highway services that range from gas stations, auto mechanics and bathroom facilities to lodging, medical clinics and restaurants.

The problem with the current state of commuting on Indian highways is that it's difficult for commuters to make informed decisions about their choices when it comes to everything from restaurant selection to gas station location. Highway Delite tackles this problem by empowering commuters with the information they need.

As an added bonus, the presence of the Highway Delite app and its services means that service providers are encouraged to improve their services, something which holds benefit for both them and their consumers.
