From alphabet decal stoneware mugs to whimsical 'Tea for Me' sets, the artistically illustrated cups and teapots by Parisian artist Florence Balducci are bound to give designated tea time a creatively quirky twist. The creations are "wild and witty," communicating the artist's "lifelong love of literature, composition and fashion" and by default, each piece in the stoneware collection has its own narrative—from the stylish alligator and the coffee-enjoying giraffe to the mysterious face of the moon and the venomous kiss of the viper snake.
Each product can be purchased separately at the Anthropologie store. The Florence Balducci illustrated cups and teapots make for a perfectly whimsical collection of home dishware. However, the alphabetized illustrated cups, paired with an organic tea or hot chocolate, also constitute a wonderfully thoughtful gift for a friend or relative.
