Balloons are a staple for any party -- without them it just wouldn’t be a celebration. More than blowing them up or turning them into shapes, the Illoom balloons really brighten up the affair.
Each balloon contains a tiny LED and when you pull the tab, you activate the light. Proceed to blow up the balloons as normal, and for a really special treat you can even add helium,then let the balloons float to the ceiling to create a soft glow down below.
