The IcyBreeze Cooler Doubles as a Portable Air Conditioner

The IcyBreeze is a nifty drink cooler that also doubles as a portable air conditioner. This allows you to cool yourself on the inside with a chilled beverage, and on the outside with a comforting blast of cool air. The inventor of IcyBreeze came up with the idea while watching a baseball game in blazing summer temperatures.

The 9-gallon cooler is fitted with a rechargeable battery and has enough room for up to 49 cans of refreshing beverage. Two quarts of water are added to the ice and drawn into a heat exchange system embedded in the lid, chilling the air flowing through vents on top.

The air coming out of the IcyBreeze blows at speeds of up to 40 km/h and temperatures up to 19.4 degrees Centigrade cooler than the outside temperature.
