The Icelandic Provisions Pumpkin Spice Skyr has been launched as the brand's latest limited-time offering (LTO) that plays into the seasonal popularity of pumpkin spice flavor.
The product is crafted with real pumpkin, brown sugar, real maple syrup, butter and warm spices to achieve a dessert-quality taste experience. The product pairs these flavorings with the Icelandic Provisions Thick and Creamy Skyr to further enhance the indulgence factor, while also giving each serving 15-grams of protein. Priced at $2.19 per pot, the product is arriving now at retailers in the US including Whole Foods Market, Wegmans and more.
Senior Director of Product Development Chris Kuo commented on the Icelandic Provisions Pumpkin Spice Skyr saying, "Autumn is its own kind of magic, and we wanted to be part of it. But only in a way that felt true to who we are: by using real pumpkin, real craft, and the same heirloom cultures that have been used in Iceland for centuries. To us, there’s only one way to create a new flavor like this and the flavor speaks for itself.”
