The new Ample Hills ice cream factory is set to open up in the next few weeks and start churning out 500,000 gallons of ice cream per year. The factory will take the brand to the next level with on-site pasteurization that will help to speed up and streamline the production process. In addition to churning out everyone's favorite pints, there will also be a massive ice cream museum and interactive scoop shop where customers can DIY their own sundaes and sample different flights of ice cream.
