Loaded Brownie Ice Creams

Brookies & Cream Sundae is One of Ben & Jerry's Newest Flavors

Ben & Jerry's is kicking off 2025 in a sweet way with the debut of two new ice cream flavors: Brookies & Cream Sundae and Bohemian Raspberry.

Made with dairy from free-grazed cows, Ben & Jerry's newest flavors combine the brand's signature creamy ice cream with some exciting new add-ins. First up, the new Brookies & Cream Sundae flavor features brownies and cookies with creamy vanilla ice cream, a brownie-style dough, and golden cookie swirls. Chocolate whipped ice cream, sea salt chocolate swirls, and some white ampersand-shaped chunks have also been added to amp up the flavor.

On the other hand, the new Bohemian Raspberry celebrates the 50th anniversary of Queen's iconic album 'Bohemian Rhapsody,' by combining non-dairy vanilla ice cream (an oat-based non-dairy recipe) with chocolate fudge brownies and raspberry swirls.
