The IBA Operational Tool is a new platform launched by the International Bartenders Association in partnership with Cocktail Club, featuring the complete IBA Official Cocktail List embedded within a SaaS-based operating system for bars and restaurants. The platform was designed to centralize recipe and menu management, staff training and daily operational workflows, giving venues access to standardized industry resources from day one.
Powered by Cocktail Club Pro, the system replaces manual spreadsheets and separate instruction documents with a single operational hub that supports recipe migration, real-time checklist updates and event management. Users can also create menus, upload recipes and manage operational tasks through the platform’s integrated workflow tools.
For bar operators, the platform aims to streamline daily operations, reduce administrative overhead and improve consistency across teams. To encourage adoption, the IBA is offering a Launch Support programme that provides a 50% subsidy on the first year’s license for eligible venues, with plans starting at €250 annually and a 14-day free trial available.
