Hygiena, a food safety company that offers rapid microbial detection services, has announced the launch of an all-new allergen app that combines EnSure Touch with its own ATP cleaning and monitoring systems, as well as its unique allergen tests. The new app will integrate Hygeina's Allerflow, Alterox, and Glutentox Pro tests into one easy-to-access solution.
As a whole, the app has been designed to consolidate the company's various allergen tests into one place while combining its environmental test protocols for improved insights and food production safety.
“We believe the ability to quickly and easily align allergen test results with our broader environmental testing solutions, including ATP and indicator organism detection, allows our customers deeper insight into specific process control efforts," said Steven Nason, chief executive officer of Camarillo-based Hygiena.
