Page One is an arty hybrid coffee shop in Toronto that appeals to both moody academics and social butterflies. The establishment is a crossover between cafe and bar with lush decor that boasts vintage typewriters and voluminous books. Page One does not offer only aesthetic pleasure in room decor, however. The hybrid coffee shop has a concise but rich menu of lunch salads, sandwiches and shareables. Although it also has a sizable list of beers, wines and traditional cocktails that are available upon request, the charm and originality of Page One come from its renowned latte art.
