Designed and created by Ricky Ma, a product and graphic designer based in Hong Kong, the 'Mark 1' human robot is one of the more complex robots out there. Crafted using 3D-printed components, the 'Mark 1' is fashioned after the likeness of a Hollywood model, according to Ma. It's clear that the Hollywood actress is likely Scarlett Johansson given the robot's likeness to the starlet.
The 'Mark 1' robot is designed with a series of preprogrammed verbal commands and realistic facial expressions. Several motions are also capable by the human robot to make it seem as natural and friendly as possible. The 'Mark 1' is compromised of 70% 3D printed components and took about a year and a half to create at a cost of $50,000.
