The Hotei Mini Cars Feature a Guitar Legend

Mini has recently teamed up with Japanese guitarist Tomoyasu Hotei to develop the special edition Hotei Mini Copper Coupés. This is the first time the two have collaborated together to develop two very unique music-inspired cars.

Hotei worked alongside Mini to produce two limited-edition custom cars based solely around Hotei and his music. The first car comes in the exact same black and white design as Hotei’s guitar, while the other car comes in a fire red coloring with black graphics along the side. Both cars come with an interior that features music note door plates, several runner lights under each door and guitar speedo needles.

Tomoyasu Hotei is a very successful musician, composer, singer and songwriter from Japan. He was a part of one of Japan’s most popular rock bands before he started his solo career.
