Festival Hospitality Partnerships

Shangri-La Toronto is an Official Hospitality Partner for TIFF

Shangri-La Toronto is an Official Hospitality Partner for TIFF, marking the 2026 festival with a collection of film-inspired dining, wellness and entertainment offerings. Throughout September, the hotel translates elements of cinema and movie-going culture into immersive experiences spanning afternoon tea, cocktails, private screenings and in-room rituals.

Notably, the 'TIFF 2026 Afternoon Tea' reinterprets nostalgic theatre snacks through refined savouries and desserts, including popcorn-inspired creations, tartare and caramel corn. Meanwhile, a limited-edition 'Signature Cocktail' menu draws on filmmaking themes through distinctive ingredients, techniques and presentation while 'The Soak in Cinema' collaboration with Canadian bath brand, Bathorium further extends the programming with bathing rituals inspired by recognizable films.

Additionally, 'Chef’s Cut: Director’s Edition' brings cinematic storytelling to the hotel’s 'Sunday Roast Dinner.' Finally, 'Movie Nights' transforms its Cinema Room into a private screening experience complete with butler service, elevated movie-night dishes and beverage pairings, offering another interpretation of festival hospitality.
