Brandy O'Neill recently shared a delicious recipe for homemade stew that features a variety of fresh ingredients filled with nutrients, proteins and vitamins. The soup begins with a base of stewing meat that is sauteed in a pan. Then to create the stalk apple cider is added to give the stew a sweet aroma along with beef stock and spices. Once the base is set you can add whatever veggies you'd like to soup including potatoes, peas, carrots and other root vegetables.
