Wild Turkey is turning Thanksgiving into an annual giveback program, 'Wild Turkey Thanksgiving Traditions,' aimed at holiday hosts, at-home celebrants and bar guests nationwide. Starting Nov. 1, the program includes a $101,000 gift to The Farmlink Project. The contribution is expected to support about 1.2 million meals, tying Wild Turkey 101 Bourbon to food-insecurity relief.
Participating bars, restaurants and retailers will feature seasonal Wild Turkey serves through November, and some locations may add a voluntary $20 donation to The Farmlink Project. At home, the $115 'Cocktail Courier' kit centers on 'Wild Turkey Holiday Punch' and includes Wild Turkey 101 Bourbon with batching ingredients. Holiday cocktail recipes and a distillery sweepstakes extend the program beyond the bar.
A voluntary $20 bar add-on and a ready-made hosting kit position the campaign as both cause marketing and a retail offer. Centering the message on meals funded, not just drinks sold, gives Wild Turkey a broader holiday role.
