Heytea Lab Opens in Toronto's Eaton Center with Exclusive Drinks

Heytea lab opens at CF Toronto Eaton Centre, marking the brand’s first Canadian location in its North American expansion following its Times Square debut in early 2025. As heytea’s most experimental retail concept, the Toronto outpost introduces the immersive 'tea lab' format to Canada, positioning the space as a hub for "tea innovation, flavor exploration, and elevated presentation."

The store features eight globally exclusive, limited-edition beverages developed for international markets, each anchored in the newly crafted 'Rock Oolong' tea base, recognized for its aromatic intensity and layered complexity. Through refined flavor composition and textural contrast, the menu reinterprets traditional tea in a contemporary context that feels elevated and gourmet.

To celebrate the opening, heytea partnered with Canadian chef, Susur Lee to create two signature offerings, 'Rock Oolong Caviar' and 'Rock Oolong Caviar Ice Cream,' blending savory caviar with floral tea notes. Transparent displays of ingredients and extraction tools further emphasize craftsmanship and the brand’s research-driven approach.
