The HEPAV is an amphibious velomobile. For those of you who did not know, a velomobile is “a human-powered vehicle, enclosed for aerodynamic advantage and protection from weather and collisions.†Class dismissed.
Czech inventor David Buchwaldek imagines that the HEPAV could be used to travel between close islands. I definitely wouldn't mind taking a cruise around the Caribbean in this bad boy. Check out more on the HEPAV at the link below.
