Multi-Room Audio Hubs

Marshall Heddon Hub Adds Wi-Fi Streaming and Synchronized Playback

Marshall Heddon Hub is a compact music streaming hub designed to extend multi-room audio capabilities to compatible Marshall Bluetooth speakers and create a unified listening experience throughout the home. The device connects to a local network over Wi-Fi or through an Ethernet connection, and supports popular streaming protocols including Spotify Connect, AirPlay, Google Cast and Tidal Connect.

Once connected, Heddon uses Auracast technology to broadcast audio to multiple speakers such as Acton III, Stanmore III and Woburn III models in sync, allowing a single source to play throughout different rooms without needing to re-pair devices. The hub is controlled primarily through the Marshall app, letting users group speakers and manage playback across their setup.

In addition to modern streaming, Heddon includes RCA line-in connectivity that allows older analogue sources such as turntables or legacy speakers to be integrated into the system. A connected record player with a preamp can thus stream vinyl audio wirelessly across the connected speaker group. The hub’s straightforward form factor and minimalist controls are intended to complement existing audio setups, and its software-driven ecosystem enables remote updates and feature enhancements over time.
