Hauser & Wirth has played a pivotal role in London's art scene since its opening in 2014, and now the space has expanded to continue to offer a place for artists and makers to come together to create.
Make is currently showcasing the work of nine unique artists with pieces that range from textile to print making and pottery. According to the gallery, each of the nine artists have created pieces that re-interpret the rituals and traditions of rural environments. When asked about the gallery's expansion, Make's director, Jacqueline Moore stated that, "It fits with the gallery’s programme here and its focus on the environment, architecture and the community as well as art."
