The fragment design x CADO Handy Fan Stream Mini is a portable cooling device developed through a collaboration between Hiroshi Fujiwara’s label and Japanese electronics brand CADO. The handheld fan features a hybrid blade structure that combines axial and centrifugal fan systems to generate a focused and steady airflow. It offers four adjustable speed settings and reaches airflow speeds of over 6.0 m/s. The unit is powered by a rechargeable battery and supports USB Type-C and PD fast charging.

The design includes a foldable handle that allows the fan to function as both a handheld and desktop unit. Its compact frame measures approximately 85 by 43 by 187 millimeters and weighs around 164 grams. Additional features include a flexible angle adjustment system, optional strap attachments, and a carry pouch for portability. The model is released through a limited collaboration format and is available via a dedicated pop-up retail activation.
