This Halim Lee Special Teatime Infuser is a Barista for the Blind

I have no doubt that the visually impaired can brew a cup of tea just as easily as those with sight, so I believe that the Halim Lee Special Teatime Infuser is a great invention for just about anyone in the habit of drinking herbal blends.

The tea mug comes with a built-in leaf sieve and a timer on the lid to carry out the steeping of the brew. What makes this item unique is the Braille embossing on the side of the thermos that marks the volume of the liquid inside with the help of a water level indicator. Winner of a 2010 Red Dot Concept Award, the Halim Lee Special Teatime Infuser is truly worthy of its title. It will be interesting to note what this designer comes up with next.
