Haferkater, a beloved Berlin food concept, is opening its inaugural international outlet at Vienna Airport in collaboration with Lagardère Travel Retail. Situated conveniently in Terminal 1 departures near check-in, this new restaurant showcases the brand's renowned range of porridge offerings, complemented by oat rice bowls, freshly baked breads, specialty coffees, and an array of delectable treats.

One of the distinctive features of Haferkater's offerings is the emphasis on freshness and simplicity. Each morning, oats are meticulously flaked using the shop's grain crusher, then carefully roasted and cooked with just water and salt.

The 'porridge to go' concept has been thoughtfully curated with travellers in mind, providing a healthy and satisfying alternative to traditional snacks commonly found in airport settings.
