Guillem Rodriguez presented his Spring/Summer 2015 collection entitled “Manifesto” during 080 Barcelona Fashion. Inspired by the art of abstraction, the designer creates a streamlined menswear collection that plays with structure and the use of graphic prints.
Applying abstraction at all levels, the designer "creates ambiguous garments made from technical fabrics, with silhouettes and prints that are heavily influenced by abstract art itself."
In addition to its architectural silhouettes, the Guillem Rodriguez “Manifesto” collection also displays the art of painter Alba Rihe. The designer and artist collaborate to create the line's visually striking textile prints that are evocative of abstract brush strokes and layered textures.
