This guacamole recipe incorporates all kinds of seasonal ingredients, making the well-loved and delicious dip more appropriate for winter. From Aubrie at the Free People blog, the winter guacamole is made with roasted butternut squash and poached pears, not to mention lime, cilantro, pistachios, onion and spices. You could also add goat cheese, but it is definitely optional (especially for those with dietary restrictions).
