'By.herb' is a packaging concept by Ji Hae Sung, which makes growing herbs as easy as possible at home. Ji Hae Sung's herb packaging concept was developed as part of a school project at Hoseo University.
A clear pouch makes up a good part of the packaging, which is helpful for making it easy to see what you're purchasing, as well as watching the plants as they grow. The pouches are able to stand on their own and when the bags are opened, they will begin to sprout.
The second component of the packaging is an identifier which provides an illustration and information about the herb inside. The entire package is quite minimal and hardly leaves any waste to discard after it's been brought home.
