A recent Google Sheets update has just made it easier to give the shareable spreadsheet verbal commands.
Users are now able to verbally ask the program to make a new graph or chart, simplifying a process that usually takes quite a few clicks. While verbal integration is not a new concept to the program, previously users were only able to ask the program questions verbally, this update allows for a more seamless experience for the user.
In addition, the Google Sheets update will facilitate easier collaboration through an update button that synchronizes what everyone in the group is seeing in Sheets, Google Docs or Slides. The print settings have also been updated to that the user can edit the margins or change the alignment and scale of the document.
