David Fincher's film adaptation of Gillian Flynn's gripping mystery novel was an immediate hit. It was dark, twisty and strangely compelling -- kind of like the four-car freeway pile-up that you just can't tear your eyes off of. Watching Nick (Ben Affleck) and Amy Dunne's (Rosamund Pink) perverse relationship play out on the big screen was, I thought, as good as it could possibly get. But I was wrong. Oh so wrong.

As brilliant as the original cast was, the Gone Purrl parody proves that the film really should have starred cats. Lots and lots of cats. Hollywood, the people have spoken!
