Pabst Blue Ribbon Unveils Godzilla Can Designs

— October 1, 2025 — Marketing
Godzilla can designs mark Pabst Blue Ribbon’s latest collaboration, created in partnership with Toho International to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the legendary Godzilla franchise. Beginning in October, more than 60 million cans and boxes will feature limited-edition artwork, replacing the brand’s signature design with collectible imagery inspired by the iconic monster.

This special release builds on Pabst’s acclaimed art can series and showcases four original illustrations by official Godzilla artist Attack Peter, known for his linoleum block print style. The bold black-and-white designs appear across most cans, while 25-ounce single-serve cans feature three additional Kaiju artworks.

Additionally, a select number of cans will include a unique "blue atomic breath” temperature effect, which turns the can blue when chilled. With Godzilla Can Designs, Pabst combines brand heritage with pop culture nostalgia, offering fans a distinctive collectible that celebrates the enduring influence of one of cinema’s most cherished characters.
