The GOAT Platform Will Offer Apparel and Accessories to Mobile Users

The GOAT platform is an online marketplace for sneakers, however, the company announced it will be expanding into apparel and accessories. The company stated that it will now add both contemporary and luxury brands to its marketplace, including Acne Studios, Maison Margiela, Off-White, Gucci, Saint Laurent and more.

The co-founder of the GOAT platform, Daishin Sugano, spoke on the new venture, "We're only in the infant stages of apparel on GOAT." The company is still working out the process of offering apparel and accessories, and that is why the new items will only be initially available through the GOAT Android and iOS apps. However, the company has indicated that the new items will be available on the GOAT website at a later date.
