Empowering Non-Profit Rebrands

Global Catalyst Boasts New Name, Tagline, and Visual Identity

Global Catalyst, formerly known as Global Girls Glow, has announced a comprehensive rebranding that includes a new name, tagline, and visual identity, coinciding with the organization’s 15th anniversary and a strategic expansion of its advocacy work for adolescent girls in more than 30 countries.

Global Catalyst's signature GLOW Club program remains central to its operations, connecting girls aged ten to 18 in underserved communities with local mentors and safe spaces to build confidence, communication skills, and leadership abilities, while the new name emphasizes the belief that girls themselves act as powerful drivers of social change.

Global Catalyst's rebrand was developed through a nine-month consultation process involving more than 60 individuals, including current club members, alumni, staff, and global partners.
