The Mercedes-Benz Concept GLC Coupe is a peculiar and ingenious vehicle that is equal parts SUV and coupe. The four-door, four-seater vehicle is described as a "near-production-standard" creation, and was unveiled at the Shanghai International Auto Show. It's difficult to pinpoint what kind of vehicle exactly this is, whether it's an SUV with coupe features or a coupe that has SUV-inspired elements.

This being a concept, the focus is on the appearance and styling rather than performance. Having said that, the vehicle still offers a 3-liter direct injection V6 biturbo engine pumping out 367 horsepower and 383 pounds-feet of torque. This system is hooked up to a 9-speed gearbox and 4MATIC permanent all-wheel drive.

The Concept GLC Coupe is tipped to enter production at some stage, and will surely appeal to those who want to have their cake and eat it too. In other words, people who fancy features of SUVs and coupes and like the idea of having the best of both worlds in one package.
