DIY Flying Machines

Doug Berry Built His Aeroplane in just Eleven Days

Doug Berry, a former pilot from New Mexico, has built an amazing flying machine in only eleven days. He called his creation the Glasair Sportsman TC, which was built for a special DIY program known as 'Two Weeks To taxi.'

This DIY plane consists of a carbon fiber body and carries a load of more than 1,100 pounds. The Glasair Sportsman TC has the ability to fly and land within short distances and is also capable of switching speed levels at ease, making it one spectacular flying machine.
