Redesigned Mechanical Computer Mouse

The Gime Mouse Concept Reuses Old Keyboard Parts

Hizin Joo designs the Gima Mouse concept, which is a mechanical computer mouse that is defined by the buttons as the functions. The traditional mouse buttons are replaced by keyboard keys and resting right under the keycaps are mechanical keyboard switches that can be mixed and matched.

This is done to offer users a sense of customization -- the same that is applicable to keyboards. It gives users the liberty to capture their own personal style using different switches and changing whenever they please. Some may choose the classic L and R letters or the caps can be detailed with a plethora of graphics. This means that it can be replaced at any given time.
