North American esports organization Ghost Gaming has partnered with Georgia Public Broadcasting (GPB) to help distribute the organization's gaming content ahead of the Ghost Gaming Georgia Esports League, a state-wide collegiate esports competition.
The partnership will see the pair work collaboratively on a content series, in-person activations, and other forms of promotional media. Ghost Gaming's union with GPB marks an industry first, as this is the first time a public broadcast network has partnered with an esports organization.
“GPB’s broadcasting reach extends across the entire state, as does their reputation for high-quality educational programming. So we are thrilled to partner with GPB to create and distribute esports educational content from the Georgia Esports League," said Todd Harris, CEO of Ghost Gaming.
