Vinyl records are continuing to experience a resurgence in popularity as audiophiles embrace the retro medium, which is seeing new products like the Gearbox Automatic MkII come about. The turntable is inspired by the 1955 Braun PC 3 SV record player designed by Dieter Rams and boasts a transparent casing that allows all of the internal components to be clearly visible from the exterior.
The record player is built with an upgraded belt drive that has an aluminum pulley that will work to provide heightened speed stability, while Bluetooth connectivity allows music to be streamed wirelessly to connected speakers. The Gearbox Automatic MkII is characterized by its stylish design, but is also well-equipped to handle the needs of amateur or advanced audiophiles alike.
